Asda Collections & Returns is an integrated click and collect drop box that combined ‘drop boxes’ and ‘kiosk screens’. HL developed this integrated unit with built-in self-service console, scanner and label printer.
As the industry has moved to mobile and digital returns, Asda introduced a ‘class-leading’ solution to support their 'Asda ToYou' business and partner brands. Returning is now easy, customers simply download a QR code and print the label in store using this new integrated solution.
